On this episode, Fund That Flip SVP of Sales, Jon Andrews, and Underwriting Team Lead, Scott Eilerman join Matt to discuss a deal that is currently open for investment on our platform; a 12-unit townhome development in Raleigh, NC. The borrowing team for this project is a husband and wife team that are prominent home builders, real estate developers, and real estate coaches in the Raleigh area. 

Jon goes into detail regarding the team's vision for the project and discusses the surrounding area of the townhomes. Scott then goes on to describe how the project is already "shovel ready," as there is already infrastructure in place. The real estate investors have completed projects of a similar scope in the past, and this gave Scott's team confidence in moving forward with this development project.
