Fund That Flip was founded in 2014 by Matt Rodak (a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), our current CEO. While this makes us still relatively new to the industry, we believe that our young and hungry mindset makes up for it. Still, since our founding, we have originated over 1500 loans for nearly $450M. Our team of underwriters provide reliable vetting of deals, making our due diligence unmatched. Each submitted deal is throughly analyzed for profitability, examining the potential borrower's qualifications, including credit, background, and more.
Once a deal has been approved and opened for investment, investors can invest as little as $5,000 in the project. While we do require investors to be accredited before investing on our platform, we believe this to be ideal for our business. By setting this restriction, we can trust that investors will make smart decisions with their money, increasing the likelihood of successful investments. We also are dedicated to transparency and provide investors with monthly performance reports on our blog.
In 2020, we have expanded our investment product line with two new pools of diversified loans. We first launched the Residential Bridge Note Fund (RBNF), our diversified pool of short-term, real estate backed loans and have raised over $2.5 million through RBNF to date. We then released the Pre-Funding Note Fund (PFNF), our diversified pool of short-term, real estate-backed loans via line of credit. Both of these funds have been largely popular with our investors, offering many opportunities to diversify their investments.
